Amazon is testing a generative AI chatbot within its search features to offer customers a more personalized, in-depth shopping experience, according to a report from The Information on Monday. The e-commerce giant is said to be trialing the integration internally and could launch it as soon as January.

• Google Home’s New AI Feature Helps You Create Custom Routines. Google Home's latest AI feature allows users to program Routines using text prompts in the “Help me script”. By simply typing a phrase like "Close my blinds and dim the living room light after sunset" users can create custom automations.

• Visa Announces Plans To Invest $100M In Generative AI Companies. Visa plan to invest $100 million in companies developing generative AI technologies and applications through its global corporate investment arm, Visa Ventures. The fund aims to support businesses applying generative AI to address challenges in commerce, payments, and fintech.
