• Jony Ive Is Reportedly Developing AI Hardware With OpenAI’s Sam Altman. Apple’s former Chief Design Officer, Jony Ive, and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman are allegedly collaborating on building an undisclosed AI hardware device. Ive and Altman, who are friends, have reportedly been discussing the potential design of new hardware for the AI age. This marks the first known instance of OpenAI exploring hardware development.

• Facebook And Instagram Will Soon Get AI-Powered Creator Tools. Meta announced new generative AI tools Wednesday at its Connect event. Users will be able to edit images and create stickers using text prompts. AI image editing will be available on Instagram, and AI-generated chat stickers will roll out on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Messenger.

• OpenAI Gives ChatGPT Access To the Entire Internet. ChatGPT can now browse the internet to provide you with current and authoritative information, complete with direct links to sources. It is no longer limited to data before September 2021. The feature is already available to ChatGPT Plus subscribers and ChatGPT Enterprise users.
